Deleted Assets in Approval Queue In WCS Contributor After CSDT Import (Doc ID 2232411.1)

Goal

Qn1:
We had published assets from WCS contributor source to Delivery destination, but after couple of days deleted assets were coming into approval queue.
Can you please let us know why deleted assets were coming to approval queue?

Qn2:
We have published the Deleted assets which are in publishing queue, but when we do a CSDT Import , those deleted assets appear in the approval queue again.
Is their any way this can be avoided like updating some configurations, Etc.
