Unable to Login to Enterprise Capture after Mapping LDAP Groups (Doc ID 2233166.1)

Symptoms

After mapping LDAP groups in the Capture EM Console and adding those groups in Workspace Manager, the user in those LDAP Groups are still unable to login to either the Capture Client or Console.
