Symptoms

User has the following pseudo code:

User encountered "rollback" to SAVEPOINT failure using the above pseudo code. User tested this by processing the message with failure so that the execution can go into the "else" part to rollback to savepoint; however, the rollback to DB SAVEPOINT failed.
