Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual environments, in some cases PSU upgrade of Guest vServers using Exapatch to April 2016 PSU 2.0.6.2.160419 fails with "Missing Dependency: kexec-tools" dependency error on kexec-tools. .

Following "Missing Dependency: kexec-tools" error message is seen in Exapatch logs when the Exapatch fails to upgrade the vServer.
