Understanding the different Client ID Policy of Durable Subscribers's - UNRESTRICTED or RESTRICTED (Doc ID 2236304.1)

Goal

Why many Durable Subscribers's Client ID Policy are different ?  some are UNRESTRICTED and the others are  RESTRICTED.

For JMS Connection factory Client ID Policy set as "Unrestricted" and Subscription Sharing Policy set as "Sharable" ,the JMS client connected the JMS Connection factory, then go to Admin Console to view the Durable Subscribers , Some Subscriber's Client ID Policy is displayed "Unrestricted" and the others is displayed as "Restricted".

Login Admin Console -> Services -> Messaging -> JMS Modules -> SystemModule-0 -> xxx Queue -> Monitoring-> Durable Subscribers

All Durable Subscribers Client ID Policy should be "Unrestricted"
