Goal

ServerMBean (Configuration -> Tuning tab) and ServerFailureTriggerMBean (Configuration ->Overload) have a very similar configuration item: Stuck Thread Max Time.

Admin Console "help" shows almost the same description.

How should they be used, and which one has higher priority if both are configured?
