How to enable the feature of Initializing Database Connections with SQL Code

As documented in "https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/1212/wls/JDBCA/jdbc_datasources.htm#JDBCA159", WebLogic Server runs SQL code using Init SQL attribute on the JDBC Data Source: Configuration: Connection Pool page in the Administration Console whenever it creates a database connection for the data source, which includes at server startup, when expanding the connection pool, and when refreshing a connection.

But this feature did not work for the below query
