Symptoms

After installing OAM 11.1.2.3.0 or upgrading OAM to 11.1.2.3.0, the following error messages happen in the OAM managed server log files or AdminServer log files during the startup:

Message #1 : Startup class "DMS-Startup" Error

<OAM_SERVER>.log:

Changes

- Installed OAM version 11.1.2.3.0 as High Availability Topology
Or
- Upgraded OAM High Availability Topology to version 11.1.2.3.0
