OID 11g ODSM on AIX Fails with "An Unresolvable Error Has Occured. Please Contact Your Administrator For More Information."

Symptoms

After logging into Oracle Directory Services Manager (ODSM) on AIX for Oracle Internet Directory (OID) and clicking on Data Browser or any other tabs, getting error:

An unresolvable error has occurred. Please contact your administrator for more information.

No errors in the install action logs.

Weblogic (WLS) wls_ods1 Managed Server is running .

ODSM deployment is active.

opmnctl status shows correct status, e.g.:
