WebLogic User Unable To Deploy SOA Composites (Doc ID 2240575.1)

Symptoms

Following errors occur on deployment of SOA Composite.

Deploying on partition "default" of "/Farm_SOADOMAIN_LIVE/SOADOMAIN_LIVE/ICMS_Cluster" ...
Deploying on "/Farm_SOADOMAIN_LIVE/SOADOMAIN_LIVE/ICMS_Cluster" failed!
User weblogic doesnt have the privilege of deploying/undeploying composites. Only users of SOAAdmin/SOAOperator role are authorized to deploy/undeploy composites.
Deploying on partition "default" of "/Farm_SOADOMAIN_LIVE/SOADOMAIN_LIVE/ICMS_Cluster" ...
