Symptoms

Using OPAM 11.1.2.3.0:

After installing OPAM 11.1.2.3.0 with TDE and created the schema with RCU with the “-encryptTablespace true”, and running opamxencrypt.sql  to complete TDE configuration,
While starting the OPAM weblogic server the following error is seen in the logs:
