When using the WebCenter Content Trays Layout along with Single Sign On Functionality Remains After Logout

Symptoms
When multiple tabs are open and Trays layout is used with WCC/OAM 11.1.1.9.0 and a user logs out, not all of the functionality is taken away. This does not affect the other layouts.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install OAM with WCC 11.1.1.9.0.
2. Enable Trays layout.
3. Login as Admin user, then logout.
4. Observe that a logged out Admin user can still see Administration section.
