What Fusion Apps Role Needs to be Added to the User in Order to View the Checked in Attachments in UCM?

We have multiple users reporting that all of their attachments that were once saved to certain SalesCloud accounts are no longer available in the Fusion Apps UCM server. What Fusion Apps Role needs to be added to the user in order to view the checked in attachments in UCM?
