Server NIC Flap Caused Coherence Cache To Go Endangered State (Doc ID 2242398.1)

Symptoms

Customer was NIC flapping on a physical machine while the coherence cluster was running. The NIC speed was going up and down while doing the NIC flapping, between 100MB and 1GB. Customer noticed that members/servers in the coherence cluster throwing thread dumps while NIC flapping was carried. There was also change in the cluster cache services statusHA reporting, from MACHINE-SAFE to NODE-SAFE/ENDANGERED.
