Symptoms

Site Studio site often prompts for login.  When visiting a SS site on WebCenter Content (WCC) via Internet Explorer (IE), user is randomly prompted for login.  (occurs on Internet Explorer, has not presented on Firefox or Chrome).

Confirmed no secure content on the site, all content is public with guest read access.

For example, simple one page site with site id: nhtstss
Navigate to site via IE:  url: http://xxxx.xyz.com/NHTSTSS/index.html, prompted for login.
