It is not Possible to Block Site Studio (SS) from Generating Path Reference to Resources Folder (Doc ID 2242612.1)

Goal

All sites appear  to have generated code requiring access to /ucm/resources/..folder.

For example, at /rh2/index.html and view source of the page. notice following lines:
<script type="text/javascript" src="/ucm/resources/wcm/sitestudio/wcm.toggle.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="/ucm/resources/sitestudio/ssajax/ssajax.js"></script>

Are the two files above necessary?  Is there a way not to have site studio generate the above two lines, and eventually can "/ucm/resources..." folder be blocked from our network switch?
