Last updated on MARCH 19, 2017
Applies to:Identity Manager - Version 188.8.131.52.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
When Disabling or Enabling a Disconnected Flat File App Instance Account (or Disconnected App Instance), after approving the child default operational approval request, the parent request goes into "Request Completed" but the child fulfillment task which is created correctly goes into an "Assigned" state.
The parent approval request should have gone into "Request Approved Fulfillment Pending" as it does during a provision and revoke.
Also, while revoking entitlement requests for a Disconnected Flat File Application Instances (or Disconnected App Instance) by an end user, when the request is approved by an admin (i.e. xelsysadm) then the request goes to "Request Completed" even though a newly assigned manual fulfilment task was created.
The parent request status should have gone to "Request Approved Fulfillment Pending".
