Unable to Click the OK or Cancel Buttons when the Vendor ID Requires Changing in WFR Web Verifier (Doc ID 2245329.1)

Symptoms

When it is necessary to change the Vendor ID in the WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR) Web Verifier form, a confirmation dialog box appears once the change is made.  However, neither of the "OK" or "Cancel" buttons will respond or activate when clicking them.  Here are the steps to reproduce:

  1.  Click the "Vendor Search" button to change the 'Vendor ID' in the Verifier form.

  2.  Change the 'Vendor ID' to the correct ID number

  3.  Once the confirmation dialog appears, attempt to click the "OK" button to accept the change when the dialog box appears.  The same response occurs when attempting to click the "Cancel" button.
