Goal

Can static files be placed under <deployed Sites app>/<SitePrefix> folder if using URLRewriteFilter for vanity urls?
e.g.
In the <deployed Sites app>/WEB-INF/web.xml, the following is configured:

Can static files (e.g. images, css, etc.) be placed under <deployed Sites app>/fsii or <deployed Sites app>/avi, in order to be requested via url?
- e.g. http://examplehost:7003/sites/fsii/test.css or http://examplehost:7003/sites/avi/image.jpg
