Symptoms

Oracle HTTP Server(OHS) access via http displays page via mod_wl_ohs without issue
 eg. http://hostname:7777/workspace/index.jsp successfully

Access page via https returned page 'Page cannot be displayed'

Errors recorded in INSTANCE_HOME/diagnostics/logs/OHS/ohs1/ohs1.log
