Symptoms

On Tuxedo SALT 12.2.2 .When application client, or from a browser, tries to access a Tuxedo service offered by SALT as REST, if "Content-Type" is not configured then, SALT respond with an error:

HTTP/1.1 423 Invalid Content-Type for REST call
