Tuxedo SALT 12.2.2 Inbound JSON REST Service Fails When Content-Type JSON Not Specified (Doc ID 2248767.1)

Symptoms

On Tuxedo SALT 12.2.2, when an application client, or from a browser, tries to access a Tuxedo service offered by SALT as REST, if "Content-Type" is not configured then, SALT respond with an error:

HTTP/1.1 423 Invalid Content-Type for REST call
