GWWS_CAT:109 HTTPS Error Is Logged In ULOG

When attempting to send a large reply back to Web Service client through GWWS, user observed that client did not receive the reply for a long period of time so user was forced to cancel the request and caused the following message logged in Tuxedo ULOG by GWWS.
