Symptoms
On : Versions 12.1.3.0.0 to 12.2.1.x.x, Oracle HTTP Server
Unable to start remote OHS instances using the startComponent.sh script.
The following errors can be seen
It is found that previous to this, the pack command with managed=true was used

Task 2: Pack the Domain on host1
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On a subsequent node where a domain has been extended using pack/unpack, attempt to start the OHS component using the following command:
./startComponent.sh ohs2 storeUserConfig showErrorStack
2. The mentioned errors can then be seen.
