Error Occuring In WC Content Logs When Interfacing WC Portal

Goal
An error occurs on the screen and in the WC_Portal1.out log. It occurs when trying to enable Documents in WebCenter Portal. The error in the WC_Portal1.out log is:
oracle.webcenter.command.CommandException: AutoSuggestConfig component is not enabled.
