Document Explorer Downloading Issue With Microsoft Word Document (Doc ID 2250939.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.8.8 version of WebCenter Portal

Receive error when attempting to download a Microsoft Word document through Document Explorer.  The below error pop-up is displayed and the document is not downloading:

Due to this issue, users cannot open downloaded .docx files.
