Symptoms

When running WLST from maven com.bea.wli.sb.management.configuration.DelegatedSessionManagementMBean located in ${ORACLE_HOME}/osb/lib/modules/oracle.servicebus.kernel-wls.jar needs to be in maven repository. Maven synchronization plugin does not do it.

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal com.oracle.weblogic:weblogic-maven-plugin:12.2.1-0-0:wlst-client (default-cli) on project mygchr-passthrough: Execution default-cli of goal com.oracle.weblogic:weblogic-maven-plugin:12.2.1-0-0:wlst-client failed: Plugin com.oracle.weblogic:weblogic-maven-plugin:12.2.1-0-0 or one of its dependencies could not be resolved: Could not find artifact com.oracle.osb.common:oracle.servicebus.kernel-wls:jar:12.2.1-0-0 in central (https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2) -> [Help 1]
