Symptoms

In WebCenter Sites, when publishing changes made to Flex Definition and Controller; the changes are not reflecting unless Resultset Cache is cleared manually:

Specifically, groovy-cache and com.fatwire.assetapi.def.AssetTypeDefManager Resultset caches need to be flushed on the destination (and Page cache, if the page has been cached before these caches have been flushed).
