JMS and SFTP Adapters after OSB Upgrade From 11.1.1.7.x to 11.1.1.9 Are Inactive (Doc ID 2252086.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, OSB Transports

The setup consists of a remote server and remote destinations in a Weblogic JMS module. JMS, SFTP resources seem to be inactive after OSB upgrade from 11.1.1.7.x to 11.1.1.9.
When attempting to poll messages from OSB to the Foreign JMS server(Jboss) the following error occurs:

MDB application Ftp Transport Provider is NOT connected to messaging system

Every web service based proxy and business service works fine. But JMS and SFTP seem to be inactive.

As a SOAP proxy service pointing to the same JMS business service can be used successfully to get a message in the JMS queue the issue was isolated on the SFTP poller side rather than the way the resources were targeted
