When WFR RTS Classifies a Documents the Application Hangs and Error "Redirecting document Scan.wdc to failed state, due to timeout or crash in last two processing attempts." (Doc ID 2252676.1)

Symptoms

When the WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR) Runtime Server (RTS) gets to the step for classification state, the application hangs and does not pass the classification step. This error is seen in the H log:

[Error] |20| 17:08:34.496 | 984 | 1575748k/6812400k | 1975948k/7722920k | 114544k/132752k | 536 | 92/52 | Redirecting document 89_f2129d84-781d-4a50-95c0-dcf868af5087_APCLA_29032017_~Scan~NA.wdc to failed state, due to timeout or crash in last two processing attempts.

Within Designer, when clicking the Execute button from the Definition mode, Designer crashes within 0-5 seconds. This happens with all documents. There are the following errors in the Windows Event Viewer log:

Faulting application name:install.exe_Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, version 9.0.030729.1, time stamp: 0x488f1f7a

 

Activation content generation failed for "C:\Oracle\formsrecognition\Components\Cedar\CdrVer.dll
