Exalogic Virtual: Delay In SSH Login From Compute Nodes to Few vServers (Doc ID 2252779.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual racks, issue of SSH login delays when logging into vServers from Compute Nodes is observed. 

As per symptoms for problem case which is described in this Note, Passwordless SSH was enabled between Compute Nodes and vServers on the IPoIB-vserver-shared-storage network. During patching the vServer, it is noticed that the SSH login stalled for about 30 seconds from when logging into two vServers which have NIS service running (master/slave). There is no this login delay issue for all the other vServers. The /etc/ssh/sshd_config, /etc/resolv.conf, /etc/nsswtich.conf on working vServers and non working vServers looks same. DNS server is configured in /etc/resolv.conf.
