Oracle Access Manager 11gr2ps3 (OAM 11.1.2.3.x) Outlook Web App (OWA) 2013 Integration - Errors on Exchange Management Shell

In an OAM-OWA integrated environment trying to open "Exchange Management Shell" displays following error

Error message: Connecting to remote server failed with the following error message : The WinRM client sent a request to an HTTP server and got a response saying the requested HTTP URL was not available. This is usually returned by a HTTP server that does not support the WS-Management protocol. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.

 If webgate.dll is removed from the ISAPI filter level the shell works fine.

Changes

 webgate.dll added at the ISAPI filter level
