Fail to start WLS windows service with -showversion JAVA option. (Doc ID 2253399.1)

Symptoms

 A WLS Instance has been configured to run as windows service and could be started normally. But it failed to start after adding -showversion into JAVA option.

How ? Modify installSvc.cmd as below.
