Fast Rebuild completed but did not index any content.  The WCC logs (Administration -> Log Files -> Content Server Logs) reported the following:

Info 4/5/17 5:49 PM Starting rebuild of the search index.
Info 4/5/17 5:49 PM Search collection is not up-to-date.
Info 4/5/17 5:49 PM Finished rebuilding the search index with a total of 0 files successfully indexed. A total of 0 files had a full text index.



 Started Fast Rebuild.
