Goal

In Forms 12c, default screen color and looks is different than that of previous Forms versions.

 

    Forms 12c (12.2.1.2.0)

       

    Forms 11gR2 (11.1.2.2.0)

       

How to set screen color so that 12c Forms look similar to previous versions?
