Excluding Folders From Folders_g to Framework Folders Does Not Work

Symptoms
While on WebCenter Portal/WebCenter Content 11.1.1.9 (with latest BPs applied), trying to perform the Folders_g to Framework conversion, unable to exclude some folders other than the Default (Trash) from conversion.
Steps to Reproduce
1. While Folders_g and Framework Folders are both enabled, as an administrator navigate to Administration - Folder Migration - Modify Excluded Folders
2. Select one or more folders to exclude from conversion.
When you return to the primary utility page, you will see no folders have been added to the list of excluded folders.
At the moment, this feature works correctly in Chrome, but not FireFox nor IE.
