Symptoms

Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS3 (OAM 11.1.2.3) oam-server.ear File Fails to Start on Node 2 Due to Coherence Cluster Communication Failure Over Multicast

Setup

OAM cluster with 2 nodes

AdminServer and OAM Server are on the same physical host.

A second OAM server is running on a different physical host.

oam_server.ear deployment on <OAM_SERVER_2> node fails and the logs show errors as below
