ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Annotated lines are shown with gray background on downloaded PDFs and TIFs
In the WCC 12c ADF interface, when lines are added as annotations on a document, these annotations show correctly. However, when the annotated PDF or TIF is downloaded, lines have a rectangular gray background, thus blocking the text on the document. This only happens on Windows based systems.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
ON A WINDOWS BASED SERVER
1. Annotate a document using lines
2. download document as annotated PDF or TIF
3. Note the incorrectly rendered lines
