Symptoms

OGG 12c silent installation using a response file fails with following error

$ ./runInstaller -silent -responseFile /usr/ogg/fbo_ggs_Linux_x64_shiphome/Disk1/response/ogg.rsp -invPtrLoc /export/home/ggadmin/oraInst.loc
