Symptoms

After re-installing the GlassFish Server V2.1 on WEBA & WEBB servers, instances are getting created on WEB-A (domain server) but Not able to create instances on WEB-B server.

While creating the instance on WEB-B Server, the following Error is thrown in server.log: 

#|2017-01-25T20:17:55.737+0530|SEVERE|sun-appserver2.1|javax.ee.enterprise.system.nodeagent|_ThreadID=10;_ThreadName=main;localhost;8686;rmi_jrmp;|NAGT0028:It appears that the Domain Administration Server (DAS) with [host=localhost], [port=8686], [protocol=rmi_jrmp] is down. It could also mean that the network settings on DAS machine need to be modified. If you believe that the DAS is running, this error usually comes when the correct address is not obtained by client.|#]

Changes

Re-installed the GlassFish Servers on both WEB-A and WEB-B Servers due to HW, OS failures.
