Oracle Access Manager 11g (OAM): WebCenter Imaging Web Service Loadbalancer URL Is Not Working But Direct Host Webservice Call Works (Doc ID 2255797.1)

Goal

We believe this issue is related to the OAM because we are able to execute these web services directly to the IPM server, but when we are using the load balanced URL, the IPM server is not able to process calls correctly. When looking at the network trace, we can see that it is being routed through the OAM server.


We have done a couple of different tests to isolate the issue residing with OAM. It seems that even though we have made these URLs public in OHS, the WebGate is still sending calls to OAM to get authentication. Is there a setting in OAM that will tell the WebGate access to all public URLs to pass though?
