Applies to:
Oracle Internet Directory - Version 11.1.1 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
Two Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 11g servers in High Availability (HA).
The parameter orclenablegroupcache is set to enabled.
When adding a user to a group and then running an ldapsearch to find the unique members of the group, on one OID node the user is immediately visible, but on the other node it takes a while before it becomes visible.
How frequently is this cache refreshed, and can this be influenced? How can the cache be refreshed manually?
