Accessing UCM To Get The Attached File (HCM) (Doc ID 2256576.1)

Symptoms

Uploading files through HCM to Oracle Fusion Absence Management Cloud Service after filing/adding an absence record. In order to retrieve attachments user tried to login to UCM.

User cannot access UCM/CS url provided (https://<POD ID><Domain><Location>.oraclecloud.com/cs/idcplg) - gives a forbidden error.

Only below error captured in the UCMServer.out log file - 

Unable to write message:java.lang.AssertionError: intradoc.common.ServiceException: !$Unable to report messages successfully.

Caused by: intradoc.common.ServiceException: !$Unable to report messages successfully.
Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException
