Symptoms

Following the steps in Note: Using Fusion Middleware Enterprise Manager to Test UCM Web Service GenericSoapService (GenericSoapPort) (Doc ID 1334114.1) After a restart the new policy that was added is gone.

 

Testcase
========
1. Login to the WCC EnterpriseManager console
http://<servername>:7001/em
2. Select UCM_server1
3. Select WebLogic Server -> Web Services
4. Select GenericSoapPort
5. Select Attach/Detach policies
6. Attach oracle/no_mtom_policy
7. Shutdown and restart services
