When Releasing a WFR Batch and Moving to the Next Batch Error "ORA-06550" Occurs (Doc ID 2256798.1)

Users are getting the below error in WFR Web Verfiier when releasing a batch and moving to the next batch.

An error has occurred in the WebCenter Forms Recognition Web Verifier Client.

Reason:

ORA-06550: line 1, column 8:PLS-00905: object

OWCDEV_OFR.SP_GETNEXTBATCHTOVERIFY is invalidORA-06550: line

1, column 8:PL/SQL: Statement ignored

Within scripting, the error is at line t_tab t_in_list_tab := t_in_list_tab();

It states "identifier must be declared".
