Symptoms

On WebLogic server 12.2.1.1 and Oracle driver 12.1.0.2.0, when calling PL/SQL which has OUT PlsqlIndexTable.
When OUT PlsqlIndexTable is NULL, a java.lang.AssertionError exception is thrown when calling this line:
