LDAP Root user password change issue in OIM-OAM integrated environment (Doc ID 2257031.1)

Symptoms

LDAP Root user password was changed but not updated in OIM and OAM causing below issues:
- Unable to create users, roles in OIM, fails with Result Code 49 Authentication Failure in LDAP
- OAM user identity stores fail to connect to LDAP.
- It affects the whole OIM-OAM integration.

Changes

 Password reset of LDAP root user ID "cn=Directory Manager or cn=orcladmin or cn=oudadmin"
