Symptoms


When attempting to register a database on OVD with ODSEE backend LDAP using DBCA


ERROR
-----------------------
DBCA_PROGRESS : 6%
Unable to create database entry in the directory service. - TNS-04409: Directory service error
 caused by: oracle.net.config.DirectoryServiceException: TNS-04405: General error
 caused by: oracle.net.ldap.NNFLException
DBCA_PROGRESS : DBCA Operation failed.
