Unable to open files within Oracle WebCenter Sites Explorer 126.96.36.199.0
What is not working:
- Unable to open files from a particular client's machine using Sites Explorer.
- When selecting a file in Sites Explorer and clicking the small button appears next to the file in the URL column, NOTHING happens. No error is received, but also the file is not sent to an editor for viewing or updating.
- Same issue occurs on the same machine regardless of which user is logged into Sites Explorer.
What is working:
Users on different client machines are able to open some of these files that cannot be opened on this particular machine.
Possible recent changes to permissions or environment variables for Windows user.
