Ability to Search for Expressions and Not Just Attribute Names in ODI Mapping (Doc ID 2260403.1)

Goal

It would be useful for Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) developers to have the option to search for expressions and not just attribute names in a Mapping:

  1. Open a Mapping.
          
  2. Select the source Datastore.
        
  3. Go to the Properties - Attributes tab.
        
  4. Next to "Attributes:", there is an hour glass where users can input a string that will search for the Attribute name.
      
    Here, it would be useful if it also searched in the "Expression" column in addition to the "Name".


This would significantly improve the handling when looking for certain expressions.
