Symptoms

Using Oracle Apps adapter in  a SOA composite to call custom PLSQL API in an  Oracle Apps environment

 

Cannot turn off logging messages to the FND_LOG_MESSAGES table. The adapter continues to log even when set to

INCIDENT_ERROR or ERROR
